Built to bring discipline to idle capital
Corevault Custody was founded on a simple observation: too much working capital sits unmanaged, exposed to inflation and opportunity cost, while risk-managed allocation infrastructure remains out of reach for most SMEs and private investors. We built our practice to close that gap.
From a narrow problem to a structured discipline
Corevault Custody started as a response to a recurring question from German small and mid-sized businesses: how should liquidity that isn't needed immediately be positioned, without taking on the uncertainty of unmanaged speculation?
What began as a focused advisory practice around short- and medium-term liquidity allocation has grown into a structured operation combining real-time data analysis with defined risk parameters. The core premise hasn't changed — capital preservation and process discipline come before return targets.
Today, our work spans SMEs looking to optimize treasury reserves and private investors seeking a more systematic approach to allocation, all under the same operating principles we started with.
Making risk-managed allocation a standard, not a privilege
We exist to give SMEs and private investors access to the same level of analytical rigor and risk control that is typically reserved for institutional balance sheets — delivered through a process that is transparent, repeatable, and accountable.
Capital preservation first
Every allocation decision is filtered through downside protection before upside is considered. Preservation of principal is the baseline, not an afterthought.
Transparency by default
Clients see how decisions are reached, what data informed them, and what risk parameters were applied — no black-box reporting.
Process over prediction
We rely on structured, repeatable methodology rather than one-off calls or market timing, so outcomes are driven by discipline, not guesswork.
Accountability to the client
Our role is to manage risk on behalf of the client's objectives, not to optimize for activity. Every engagement is reviewed against that standard.
The principles behind every engagement
These aren't abstract ideals — they shape how we structure allocations, communicate with clients, and evaluate our own performance.
Discipline
Defined risk limits and allocation rules are set before capital moves, not adjusted reactively once a position is open.
Clarity
Clients receive plain explanations of strategy, exposure, and reasoning — free of unnecessary jargon or vague assurances.
Restraint
Not every opportunity warrants action. We would rather hold a position steady than chase activity for its own sake.
This page describes our operating philosophy and general approach. It does not constitute investment advice, and past structuring decisions are not indicative of future outcomes.
A small, specialized operating group
Corevault Custody is run by a focused team covering data analysis, risk management, and client advisory. Rather than scaling headcount, we've scaled process — the same methodology applies whether an engagement involves a single SME or a broader portfolio of private clients.

Risk Management
